Bode Miller and Scott MacCartney Visiting Reusch Office in Valencia
Ski ace Bode Miller favours racy sport also on the water. Last weekend, he and his US teammate Scott MacCartney went to Valencia, Spain, to watch the sailing match races at the America´s Cup. As a matter of course the two Americans used the opportunity to visit the Reusch office in Valencia as well. In laid-back atmosphere Bode and Scott talked shop with some of the Reusch team about technical progresses for the next winter seasons.
Bode Miller, born at the 12th of October 1977, already made a name of himself as a great athlete by winning the high school tennis state championships of New Hampshire. Today the 28year old ski racer is one of the best known US athletes. So far Bode won 5 gold medals and one silver medal at the World Championships. At the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City 2002 he reached the second place in the Giant Slalom and the Combined.
28year old Scott MacCartney joins the Ski World Cup Circus since 1995. The best result of the athlete from Seattle was the second place in the Super G of Garmisch Partenkirchen early this year in January.
