RAPTOR PRO G1 ORTHO TEC:Our latest G1 Ultrasoft Catch Control.
Palm of glove: Our latest G1 Ultrasoft Catch Control™ foam is latex which has a very high percentage of natural latex. The novel manufacturing process creates foam with a very pure grip and maximum ball control. The micro-porous structure makes the G1 Ultrasoft foam very elastic and soft. Our latest improvement is our CATCH CONTROL™, which adds a new type of memory foam to the palm material. This memory foam absorbs the speed of the ball effectively and at the same time stabilizes it in the hand by creating a more stable mould around the ball at the milli-second of impact. This significantly improves ball control. Moreover, the 4mm memory foam layer perfectly cushions the hands and makes the glove more comfortable. Another of our latest improvements is our DURAGUARD™ foam patches, where we take much more durable foam and sew it on the palm of the glove. This helps stop that area of the palm from ripping and tearing out when a keeper does slide tackles, etc. For best results when using G1 foam, keep it moist (not wet) when playing.
Backhand of glove: Super Softi foam all over. Embossed foam design makes the glove more flexible at many breakpoints. Our stretchable P.U. backhand material makes for more flexibility for the hand and an even tighter, more comfortable fit. The new Wider Latex Wrist Bandage give the keeper a better fit and control.
Construction: The optimal fit and catching zone provided by our revolutionary Rolled Expanse Cut ESS™ (Ergonomic Support System) uses a pattern that helps the fingers to be pre-splaying (spread so the keeper has a better hand position on the ball). Ergonomic Palm Embossing for additional flexibility, Expanded Finger Tips (EFT™), Rolled Thumb Construction. Our patented two-piece duel density Ortho Tec™ stays are removable in all the fingers AND the thumb. Our AirVentSystem™ uses highly breathable Air Mesh material to make this glove more comfortable. The deep thumb notch on the face of the glove includes an elasticized piece below the foam to help eliminate tear out. Side mesh vents allow this glove to keep cooler during match play. Our new Pull Loop™ system helps the keepers get their gloves on. The Advanced Shock Shield™ provides additional protection to the keeper when punching the ball, or getting stepped on during play. For the first time we have the technology to emboss the latex coating on the upper side of the glove in a unique three dimensional landscape. This is an effective way to have a shock-absorbing material that distributes impact over the largest possible area. |
