Palm of glove: Our latest G1 Ultrasoft Catch Control™ foam is latex with a very high percentage of natural latex. The novel manufacturing process creates foam with a pure grip and maximum ball control. The micro-porous structure makes the G1 Ultrasoft foam very elastic and soft. In all weather conditions this foam will preserve its outstanding shock dampening and grip qualities. Our latest improvement is CATCH CONTROL™, which adds newly developed memory foam to the palm material. The 4mm memory foam layer perfectly cushions the hands and makes the glove more comfortable. Another of our latest improvements is our DURAGUARD™ foam patches, where we take add more durable foam and sew it on the palm of the glove. This helps reduce wear and “shredding” in the area of the palm where the keeper pushes off the ground after diving and slide tackles, etc. Ergonomic Palm Embossing for additional flexibility.
Backhand of glove: Our latest revolutionary development is our FLEXION WAVE™. This FLEXION WAVE™ combines flexibility and a perfect fit. We use a double layer construction between the wrist bandage and the backhand latex that is made of a very stretchy material. Super Softi foam all over. Embossed foam design makes the glove more flexible at many breakpoints. The new Wider Latex Wrist Bandage gives the keeper a better fit and more control. Our revolutionary Pro Flex™ technology offers excellent flexibility that improves the glove fit and performance. Pro Flex™ is technology at the highest level! In addition, we have developed a free-floating Ortho-Tec stay system by anchoring the individual finger-stays at the extreme end of the fingers and thumbs; thus allowing unsurpassed flexibility and customization in the glove. This new feature also comes with a newly developed reusch Ortho-Tec finger tool which eases stay removal.
Construction: The optimal fit and catching zone provided by our revolutionary Dual Rolled Expanse Cut ESS™ (Ergonomic Support System) uses a pattern that helps the fingers to be pre-splayed (spread so the keeper has a better hand position on the ball). Expanded Finger Tips (EFT™), Rolled Thumb Construction. Our patented two-piece dual density Ortho Tec™ stays are removable in all the fingers AND the thumb. Our AirVentSystem™ uses highly breathable Air Mesh material to make this glove more comfortable. The deep thumb notch on the face of the glove includes an elasticized piece below the foam to help eliminate tear out. We also use an elasticized thread throughout the glove to help eliminate tear out. Side mesh vents allow this glove to keep cooler during match play. The Advanced Shockshield™ provides additional protection to the keeper when punching the ball, or getting stepped on during play. Includes Thumbflex™ and our new Pull Loop™ system that helps the keepers get their gloves on. |
